HortiHeroes is a talent development and startup platform to supercharge innovation within the Food & Flower (horticultural) industry. We are building an innovation community of established companies, startups, scale-ups, students, future leaders, government and knowledge institutions in the chain of healthy food, flowers and plants to team up and make impact towards a happy, healthy and hunger free world!
Division Q is a forward-thinking company with a clear goal: to achieve emission-free greenhouse horticulture. The route to achieving this requires technical breakthroughs, smart applications and a considerable amount of pioneering work. We set up projects within six work packages. We often do this in collaboration with start-ups and partners. We run pilots and act as a launching customer. In this way, we form the gateway to horticulture for sustainable innovation.
HortiHeroes offers three distinct programmes to boost innovation:
Academy | corporate training programmes focussed on startup and innovation skills, such as the intrapreneurship and future leadership programme for ambitious professionals.
Startup | market access for startups to (pilot/strategic) partners, investors and launching customers in the Food & flower industry.
